At Kingdom Building, our remodeling and building process is built on clarity, communication, and excellence. We walk with you step-by-step — from initial ideas to a completed home or remodel you’ll love.
Where Heaven Meets Home
🔸 Step 1 – Initial Consultation
We meet with you to understand your vision, goals, and budget. Whether in person or online, we take time to get aligned on expectations so there are no surprises down the line.
🔸 Step 2 – Design & Planning
Our team will create a custom design plan tailored to your space, needs, and style. We’ll also walk you through materials, layouts, and build details to bring it all together.
🔸 Step 3 – Estimate & Agreement
You’ll receive a clear, itemized estimate with material allowances and timelines. Once approved and your deposit is received, you’ll be placed on our schedule.
Material Allowances:
- Granite: up to $45/sq ft
- Tile: up to $2/sq ft
- Carpet: up to $3/sq ft
(Any overages will be added to the final invoice.)
🔸 Step 4 – Permits & Site Prep
We’ll handle all permits and inspections. During this time, we prep the site — demo, grading, and ordering materials — so everything is ready to go.
🔸 Step 5 – Build & Remodel
Our licensed crews get to work. You’ll have a dedicated project manager keeping things on schedule and keeping you informed with updates and walk-throughs.
🔸 Step 6 – Final Walkthrough
Once the work is complete, we walk the space with you to review all details. Any punch list items are addressed before we close out the job.
🔸 Step 7 – Warranty & Support
We stand behind every project with a workmanship warranty. We’ll also follow up to make sure you’re still satisfied even after move-in.
